Imprint & Imprint Obligation

All influencers who offer or advertise services, goods or services online are legally obliged to provide their users with an imprint so that they know who the operator of the website is; this also applies to correspondence via e-mail.
 
An imprint can be compared to a business card, in which a wide variety of information about the operator is listed, such as the name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. This is usually accessible via a link, which must clearly refer to the imprint, be easily recognisable and directly accessible. In the best possible case, the link to the imprint can be found directly in the bio of the respective influencer under the "Website" field.
